We've now been to this restaurant three times in the last couple of weeks as we've found it to be the best place to eat in Viareggio. The service has been consistent and food quality very good. The pizza bases are amazing. Only thing we've found is it can be slow when trying to get the bill and pay. But definitely recommend Da Olivieri.

Really nice service! Although it looked pretty full, the waiter managed to get us a table really quick. The food was really good, we had Pasta with seafood, Calzone, Burgers and the Tuna. Everything was fresh and really delicious! Food came quick, and pricing is low for this touristic area. We recommend!

When i choose a restaurant, one of the most important first look impression is the cleanliness, and Da Olivieri has it. Simple, minimalist decoration, clean, elegant, I like it. I enjoy the food and hospitality for the staff therfore I give all 5 stars rating. Because the foods has great taste, I ate two times there this summer vacation, the first is spaghetti allo scoglio with very fresh ingredients and taste good, second I ordered the fried mix seafood platter. Both are fresh with good quantity of portion, not too abundant. With white wine just make it perfect. Service really responsive so I give 5 stars. And ambience as I said at the beginning it's inviting. A must visit restaurant when in Viareggio.

Lovely evening location to people watch. Enjoyable food and reasonable prices at the expensive end. Service was perfect mid week at about 8:30pm but get busy at weekend and I would imagine need a booking in August. The main seating is in an awning out front and mosquitoes loved me. Overall we enjoyed it but couldn't go back everyday as expensive. As sun set and night rolled in crowds came out and walked along the strip. Very pleasant and relaxing.

Ate here a few times during my stay in Viareggio in May. Reasonably priced and had sparkling wine as a house option. Lovely bruschetta and seafood pasta. The grilled steak was really good too. The staff were really friendly and responsive.
